the 'potato salad' referenced by some below is not an actual salad. it's an appetizer, lebanese potato salad is simply boiled potatos tossed in lemon juice and olive oil. This would make a great addition to the menu!

When i feel home sick that's where i go to eat. It simply tastes like my family's cooking back in lebanon. my husband and I go there 2-3 times a week, and I even order things they dont have on the menu and they still make it to please us! best lunch during weekdays.

Great for office lunches, every coworker of mine raves about it. Chicken & lula kebabs are to die for. And leftovers are just as good!

the grape leaves are incredible... I've been searching for a recipe online for the past hour that looks similar to what I taste in yours... but no luck. lol. i guess i'll just have to keep eating yours! :)

itried this week the new hummus factory in Maqnhattan an dthe foood as awsome yummy and cooked fast in case u are on a lunch break they have the best hummus and chicken kebab marinated and juicy i will definitely come back many times

Please add to your menu Lebanese Potatoe salad..I have had it at a different Med. Cafe and Chick Dijon and would for you to have it as well...it's so fresh and yummy - a different spin to American Potatoe Salad

I ordered food from the Hummus Factory for an office luncheon and everything went great! The food was delicious and the delivery was on time (early in fact). Very professional! I highly recommend them.

This is a hit with office lunches, an alternative to pizza or sandwiches for the group. If we're lucky enough to have leftovers, they're just as popular the next day!

I love the food-- I come at least once a week! Wish you had the option of whole wheat pita bread, since everything else is so healthy here.

We have finally found a local Mediterranean restaurant we love. My husband and i have become regulars and bring friends every chance we get! and everyone agrees...Both the service and the food are exceptional!

We recently catered a picture that we were shooting all over Los Angeles, all the crew kept asking for the food to come from the same place (The Hummus Factory) for everyday lunch. I could eat here everyday and I just about do. They are fast and the food just melts in my mouth. Yum!!! The Chicken is my favoriate.

The best chicken sandwiches (must try), hummus, falafel, grape leaves... The list goes on.. :)... took few friends of mine there and now that's all they want to eat and they plan take other people there.. All the way from OC!!... Must try family owned and super fresh... YUMMY!! T...

The hummus factory is without a doubt the best place to eat in el segundo. the royal hummus and grape leaves, are a must order. look forward to seeing them in hemosa beach.
