We have finally found a local Mediterranean restaurant we love. My husband and i have become regulars and bring friends every chance we get! and everyone agrees...Both the service and the food are exceptional!

We recently catered a picture that we were shooting all over Los Angeles, all the crew kept asking for the food to come from the same place (The Hummus Factory) for everyday lunch. Later after we wrapped, my main actor kept calling from New York, praising the hummus he ate on the set. Two Thumbs Up for the Hummus Factory! Chady Eli Mattar - Producer

By far the best greek/mediterranean food out there...it's true to it's root, not americanized. and everyone is so friendly!

I could eat here everyday and I just about do. They are fast and the food just melts in my mouth. Yum!!! The Chicken is my favoriate.

The BEST LEBANESE food that I've tried outside of Beirut itself. Authentic salads, soups and meats. Not to mention the hummus!!

The best chicken sandwiches (must try), hummus, falafel, grape leaves... The list goes on.. :)... took few friends of mine there and now that's all they want to eat and they plan take other people there.. All the way from OC!!... Must try family owned and super fresh... YUMMY!! T...

Eating outside your custom is sometimes unimaginable. Yesterday is one time I really enjoyed eating Lebanese food at your establishment. I enjoyed the ambience and the cleanliness of the place; not to mention the food was excellent. I will be back with other co-workers! Signed, Jerome A. Robertson

The hummus factory is without a doubt the best place to eat in el segundo. the royal hummus and grape leaves, are a must order. look forward to seeing them in hemosa beach.
